Pop Tab Program

Here’s a way to help the Ronald McDonald House that everyone can do! The Pop Tab program at the Ronald McDonald House is a great way for families, schools, organizations, businesses and individuals to support our home away from home for seriously ill children and their families. This program raises thousands of dollars annual to support families.

What is a pop tab you ask? A pop tab is the flip top on all aluminum cans. You can collect them in coffee cans, baggies, boxes or in pop tab collection houses available at the Ronald McDonald House. When your container is full, drop it off at the Ronald McDonald House. Ronald McDonald House volunteers take the pop tabs to the recycling center where they are weighed and a check is written to the House based on a per pound price.

Teachers can use the Pop Tab program as a learning tool to teach math concepts, recycling and environmental lessons, and a spirit of belonging to a larger community of people. Contact us for more information at 507-282-3955 or email.
